Wholesale Order Policy

REFUND POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL –
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITH/ EXCEPTION OF THE FOLLOWING
· Damaged/DEFECTIVE product upon arrival to be considered for refund, you must notify within 7 days and provide issue, order #, and picture of damage.
· Quality issues: once you ship an item to your customer, you are verifying the correct product and that there is no damage, and you are no longer eligible for a refund.
· We do not refund or replace due to not fitting your customers. Please refer to our size chart before placing an order.
OTHER RETURN/DAMAGE INFO- POSTAL
· If you input the wrong address and it is returned, you will be invoiced for the charge to reship. If I input incorrectly, I will resend at my cost.
· I WILL NOT change shipping addresses once you input. THIS NEGATES all protection if a claim is filed.
· If the item is lost in transit, a claim will need to be filed with the carrier. I can assist; however, the claim needs to be made by you.

Note: All refunds are issued in the form of store credit

Wholesale Order Shipping Timeframe: 

Standard shipping method: Process orders in 3-5 business days + shipping delivery time 10-14 working days 
Fast shipping method: Process orders time 3-5 business days + shipping delivery time 5-7 working days 

All  wholesale orders are offering free standard shipping ( if you need a fast shipping method, you need to pay an extra fee; the fast shipping fee depends on the order quantity, and we will always tell you how much it is before you pay)

We are not responsible for lost or delivery issues with packages due to incorrect addresses. Please note this before placing an order.
