All dropshipping sales are Final Sale, and we do not offer returns.

We accept drop shipping orders, and we won’t charge you a drop shipping order processing fee.

All drop shipping orders are free standard shipping ( if you need a fast shipping method, you need to pay an extra fee; the fast shipping fee depends on the order quantity, and we will always tell you how much it is before you pay)

Drop shipping delivery timeframe:
Standard shipping method: Process orders in 3-5 business days + shipping delivery time 10-14 working days
Fast shipping method: Process orders in 3-5 business days + shipping delivery time 5-7 working days
We are not responsible for lost or delivery issues with packages due to incorrect addresses. Please note this before placing an order.

Drop shipping orders will only ship with a white label, so your client won’t know our information.
Drop shipping orders won’t accept exchange returns or refunds unless we send incorrect, damaged items to your clients. Then, we can arrange to resend or refund.

If your clients are unhappy with drop shipping orders, we can help you resell them on our channel to see if we can resell them. If we resell them, we need you to help us ship items to our clients, but we won’t be responsible for the shipping fees on unhappy drop shipping orders.

For fail deliver because address problem we wont take responsible for that. as all items ship from china, so we have spend cost to get items from factory and pay the shipping fee to the shipping company that we work with, but when incorrect address fail deliver happened USPS and UPS wont return it to us, cause we are in china.  Please note and carefully enter the shipping address when placing your order.
